Mike Gilpin to Give Day One Keynote!
Mike serves Application Development & Delivery Professionals. He leads a team of analysts who cover a wide range of practices and technologies, including development and integration tools, application platforms, SOA, BPM, Web services, application suites, and practices and processes for managing development organizations and projects. In his 12 years with Forrester, Mike has covered several of the topics handled by this team and today contributes to Forrester's coverage of Lean Software and SOA.
Mike came to Forrester through its acquisition of Giga Information Group. In his 22 years of hands-on experience with IT before joining Giga, Mike spent 10 years as an executive in the software development tools business. Mike led product management, product engineering, and later a product business unit at Intersolv, a leading global vendor of application development tools. There, he led the creation and launch of multiple application development and software modeling products and also before that, with seven years at LBMS. Prior to LBMS Mike spent 10 years in IT in various positions, including project manager, systems analyst, DBA, and programmer.
Mike has spoken at numerous industry conferences, and he has chaired Forrester's IT Forum (GigaWorld) five years running, including 2007. He is quoted frequently in industry publications, such as Computerworld, eWEEK, InfoWorld, InformationWeek, and Internet Week, as well as in the Financial Times, The New York Times, and The Wall Street Journal.

Ken Schwaber to Give Day Two Keynote!
Ken Schwaber co-developed the Scrum process with Jeff Sutherland in the early 1990s to help organizations struggling with complex development projects. One of the signatories to the Agile Manifesto in 2001, he subsequently founded the Agile Alliance and Scrum Alliance. He recently left the Scrum Alliance to found Scrum.org.
A 30-year veteran of the software development industry (from bottle washer to boss), he has written three books about Scrum: Agile Software Development with Scrum, Agile Project Management with Scrum, and The Enterprise and Scrum.
